Homefed Friday: Peach Beer Cocktail
This Peach Beer Cocktail with hints of sweetness and spice is a great drink for game days, tailgating and football parties. A simple recipe that uses Island Southern Peach beer, tequila, Tajín and lime juice will get you in the spirit to cheer on your favorite team this weekend!
Ingredients
- 1 tsp chile-lime seasoning, such as Tajín
- Ice
- Limes (2-3)
- 1 can of Island Southern Peach Beer
- Tequila (one shot per drink)
- Hot sauce
- 1 peach (sliced)
Instructions
Spread Tajín on a small plate. Cut 1/2 of the lime in wedges, squeeze the juice from the other half of lime in a small bowl. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip into the Tajín seasoning. Add ice to the glass; pour in 1/2 can of Island Southern Peach beer, one shot of tequila, 1 tbsp lime juice, a few dashes of hot sauce and give it a good stir with a cocktail spoon. Top with remaining beer, give another stir and garnish with peach slices. Enjoy!
